The Eastbourne Boxing Club in Paris for a weekend!

Friday 15th February:
Our boxers from Eastbourne Boxing Club arrived in Paris!
A first great experience with the Boxing Beats d’Aubervilliers with the youths and the seniors from the boxing club. Lots of words learnt such as: jab, backhand, slip...

Saturday 16th February:
After a great training and sparring session at Boxer Inside Club this afternoon... our British friends went to support Cynthia Lauvergeon from Boxing Beats at the French Championship finales at Vigneux-sur-Seine.

A great evening where the British observed the French style and the French atmosphere!

Sunday 17th February:
Sunday morning we did a training session open to everyone; cardio training under the sun in English of course!

In the afternoon, we went to Lumpini Muay Thai club of Saint Denis to learn the basics of Muay thai. A great opportunity for our british boxers to learn new techniques!
In the evening, we went to a crêperie so that our English friends could taste some galette!
